Reading through here, I find that many of you are jealous and sexist morons. My wife was and still is very capable of smoking the tires in just about any rwd vehicle, and she has no clue how to use line locks let alone has she ever used them. What is so wrong with a chik that can obviously out drive you? Afraid you might lose? And that’s obviously a V8 with some kind of performance enhancer, sounds like could be N2O or CO2 to cool the intake charge. Since you can’t see the spray, you don’t know.

yea that makes sense, but i had a line lock on my z and when you flip it on , you pop the clutch and it would let you roll about 2-3 feet so the rev wouldn’t die imediately. But then on the other hand my friend has a mustang with the type of line lock your describing.

well she goes forward a bit after lettin out the clutch.. a lien lock you engage before you start. As you push brakes, flip line lock switch, then release brakes. it keeps the fronts locked(until u flip switch off) and u start your brakestand.
